Free Converter Tool is built so most tools process files in your browser. We do not need your documents on our servers to merge, compress, convert, or edit them in those local tools.

When a tool runs locally, your file stays on your device for that session. We do not receive a copy of that file for processing. Always double-check the tool description if a feature ever requires a network call (for example loading open-source libraries or fonts).

If you email us via Support, we receive whatever you include in that message (such as your email address and the issue description) so we can reply. We use that only to provide support.

The site may use essential storage for preferences such as theme. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, device type, and similar). Analytics does not receive the contents of files you process in browser tools — those stay on your device.

Tools may load open-source libraries (for example PDF.js or FFmpeg.wasm) from CDNs or local assets so they can run in the browser. Those libraries process data on your device according to how each tool is built.

Free Converter Tool is a general-purpose utility site. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not submit personal information of children through Support if you are not a parent or guardian authorized to do so.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
